One day, I was walking around my college’s common area looking for an art gallery. I couldn’t find it, so I walked up to the front desk for help. At the front desk, there was a college-aged woman and a man in his 30s having a conversation. I apologized for interrupting their conversation, but I needed to ask them:
“I have a quick question,” I said.
“And I have a quick answer,” the man said jokingly.
“Do either of you happen to know where the art gallery is? I can’t seem to find it.”
“Of course, just walk up the large stairs past the flag room and take a sharp right, and as you keep walking, you’ll see a sign that tells you which room it is.”
“Wow, you’re right. That was a quick answer, thank you so much!”
They both looked at each other and started laughing.
And then the man said, “but is it the right answer?”
Here’s my inspiration for the day.
