I still love writing. But maybe I started this project with the wrong intentions. My plan was to keep writing until I’d get recognized and start monetizing my blog. But the more I thought that way, the less inclined I felt to write new blog posts. As a result, I haven’t been writing as much as I wanted to.
Does that mean I will give up on this project? No
But that does mean I will change the purpose.
That also gives me an opportunity to start a new project.
Start a new project when you feel like your current one isn’t how you wanted it to be. It helps if you have the time and resources to do so.
And so I did.
I started a new project that I’ve been thinking about for the past six months. And I am really enjoying it. I already outlined the goals of it and I believe my new project has the potential to be grand.
As for this project, I will write a blog post a week and never monetize it. I no longer want to think about this project as a means to get recognized or earn money; I want this project to improve my writing.
One of my newest project’s goals is to improve my public speaking. It may also build my confidence and boldness.
