What if, instead of sleeping at 11 pm, you could sleep at 10 pm? How different would waking up an hour earlier be?
What if, instead ordering takeout thrice a week, you cook a healthier, tastier alternative? How different would you feel from enjoying something you created?
What if, instead of using your phone as soon as you wake up, you go directly outside to get fresh air as soon as you’re awake? How energetic would you be?
Small changes occur because they’re manageable and impermanent. It’s fine to try things differently every now and then. If it works, then it’s a change worth pursuing.
It only takes a day to make a lifetime.
