Natural Lighting

I’ve realized that I wake up earlier and feel fuller when I’m awakened by natural lighting shining through, as opposed to the sounds of an alarm, surrounded by darkness.

This morning, for example, I set an alarm to wake up at 7:30.

But I woke up at 6:58 as the sun was rising, mainly to go to the bathroom.

But as I was returning to sleep, I didn’t feel tired at all, and I felt the sunlight getting stronger through the windows around me.

I woke up and started my routine before my alarm because of it.

Perhaps I’ll try it again tonight and see how I feel.
