Seth’s project

Seth Godin published a blog post six days ago about a project he’s been working on called The Mentor Deck: a deck of 52 cards that enables you to ask the right questions for a meaningful conversation with AI.

He invited his readers to test the first iteration, allowing it to be further developed for anyone who needs it.

And he’s asking for a price: $64.

To someone who’s never heard of Seth Godin or what he’s done, paying $64 for a deck of 52 cards is crazy. They’d think you’re wasting a lot of money on something simple, or worse, pointless.

But because I know about Seth, have read a couple of his books, and listened to a few episodes of him on several podcasts, I consider him a mentor.

And as crazy as it sounds, once I read his blog post about this project, it didn’t take long to convince me to make an order. From everything I’ve done and will continue to do, I know this will provide more value than I’ve given him.

People know where their values lie; they just need to aware of it.
