The Disappearance of Random Thoughts

Sometimes, I’m frustrated with myself for not remembering thoughts and ideas for longer than six minutes.

As I was still tired, I woke up early and went back to sleep, but not without thinking of a thought I could write about and publish.

Disappointedly, I returned to sleep and woke up without remembering what I wanted to write about.

Then, as I was making my bed, I thought of another topic to write about while listening to a lecture on time management, only to forget about it minutes later.

So now I’m here, with two thoughts leaving me, and writing about them, not returning.

An easy solution would be to write them down— I’ve done that with 90% of my previous thoughts and ideas.

But I can’t jot them down every time.

And the ones that escape are the most painful.

Yet, I also think they’ll return when the time is right.

When needed the most, we somehow manage.

Just don’t forget to record everything you deem valuable.

Here’s my quote for the day.

An idea not coupled with action will never get any bigger than the brain cell it occupied.
