The Limity of Time

Limity is not a standard English word, though I’d argue it should be.

It’s just a more poetic way of saying limit, while improving the rhythm of what comes after.

In this case, it’s time.

Our time is limited.

The decisions we make and the consequences that follow them consume the majority of our limited time.

Decisions like choosing where to live, where to work, who to be in a relationship with, how close you are to your family, and what you eat (or refuse to eat) are small but necessary decisions— they could either reduce or extend your time.

Above all, it is your North Star that determines where your time will be spent.

The purpose you’ve given yourself is one met with resistance in every corner.

The purpose given to you is one met with urgency.

The beauty is realizing that all it takes is a shift in your mindset to see your purpose not as something you decided, but something decided for you. And it’s up to you if you will accept the challenge.

Fate frowns upon those who refuse her call, but favors those who answer it with conviction.
