The Stretching Dilemma: Your Time Or Your Money?

I enjoy stretching. And I learned how valuable it can be, more so when your morning job is sedentary.

But stretching in general isn’t good enough. If I want to make full use of it, I’ll need to do the right stretches.

But how do I know what the right stretches are?

Well, I could go see a chiropractor and they can teach me what the right stretches are.

Or I can find the information myself and see which stretches work the best for me.

And then I thought: isn’t this the same to everything else in life?

With everything, we could either take the time to do it ourselves, or pay someone (often a professional) to do it for us.

One option costs us time; the other money.

When it comes down to it, that’s really what our decisions tend to be.

And yet, only we can decide which ones are worth our time or money.

So will I pay a chiropractor to help me stretch or will I find the time to learn myself?

If stretching will be part of my life, which one will benefit me in the long run?

Here’s my quote for the day.
