I don’t need to be the best writer in my time; I just need to be good enough.
I don’t need to be the best website designer; I just need to be good enough.
I don’t need to be the best storyteller in the world; I just need to be good enough.
Enough to share my stories with others; Enough to get my message across.
When others find your work credible and want to work with you, that’s when it’s enough.
Of course, you can continue improving— and you should.
But where you truly shine is in the skills you’re putting together.
To combine writing, designing, and storytelling makes for a fascinating body of work.
And if I were to pair that with comedy and public speaking?
What skills are you putting together that’ll allow you to do things yet to be done?
Here’s my quote for the day:
Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, add what is uniquely your own.
