When you start writing, it’s recommended to write about what you know— childhood memories, college experiences, travel experiences, etc.
But there comes a time when you’ll run out of material on things you know. If you want to continue writing, you’ll have to write about what you don’t know.
Even better, write about what you want to know.
The same can be said about doing things: start doing things that you know about. Once you run out of that, do things that you don’t know about.
Even better, do things that you want to know about.
Here’s my quote for the day:
Write what you know, but remember you may know dragons.
