A scary storm entered our area and almost started a tornado— in fact, there was a tornado in some regions near ours.
It caused an outage last night, and we’re still out of power this morning.
Admittedly, I drove to a nearby coffee shop to continue working.
This wasn’t part of my plan.
But now my schedule’s changed because of something outside of my control.
And now I’ll have to make changes to keep my work from falling behind.
Yesterday’s outage affected today’s choices.
Similar to how last week’s actions are affecting this week’s.
No doubt what we do is determined by what we’ve done.
What will you do today?
Here’s my quote for the day.
The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the leader adjusts the sails.
